Nicole Hövel is a psychologist, leadership coach, and organizational development specialist with more than 15 years of international experience. She has guided leaders and organizations through change in over 70 companies, focusing on onboarding into new roles, strategic realignments, and transformational projects.

With roots in finance and consulting, Nicole is familiar with the high expectations for precision, speed, and impact in key business roles, as well as the emotional dynamics involved. She combines her expertise in talent management, leadership development, and organizational development with a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face in new positions.

Nicole supports executives holistically, enabling them to step into new responsibilities with clarity, confidence, and effectiveness. Her coaching approach is analytical, practical, and underpinned by a true passion for both people and business.

Outside work, Nicole is a “mountain child.” She enjoys ski touring, hiking, and cycling, embracing the grandeur of the mountains while sharing her love of nature and movement with her children.
