Kathrin Milbrandt

Kathrin Milbrandt started her professional journey as a qualified business administrator in personnel marketing at Allianz Deutschland AG, one of the world’s largest insurance groups. She gained comprehensive insights into the insurance sector and its talent acquisition needs. Her career then took her to KPMG’s HR department, a leading consulting and auditing firm, where she developed a strong expertise in targeted recruiting – identifying, engaging, and successfully onboarding the right talent both professionally and personally.

Kathrin was part of the founding team of our consulting firm in 2009, contributing with passion and entrepreneurial spirit to the firm’s growth. After the successful start-up phase at M-Lead, she broadened her perspective at Rohde & Schwarz, a global technology company, focusing on recruiting and strategic employer branding, while deepening her expertise in cyber security, electrical engineering, and IT.

Since 2018, Kathrin has returned to M-Lead, managing complex client mandates and leading national and international search processes across diverse industries. Her key areas of expertise include consulting, technology, and financial services. She emphasizes integrating clients’ structures, processes, culture, and strategy into executive search projects. Additionally, as Head of Research, she oversees our internal research team.
