Jens Milbrandt

As Sales Manager, Jens Milbrandt was responsible for the global sales of a consumer goods company in Hong Kong. Upon returning to Germany, he began his successful career in executive search in Frankfurt.

Jens held senior partner positions at the globally leading consulting firms Korn/Ferry International and Heidrick & Struggles, where he filled top executive and board-level positions within German industry.

With over twenty years of experience in executive search, he has built an extensive professional network and founded the consulting firm M-Lead in 2009.

In addition to his executive search work, Jens served for many years as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TME AG and as Chairman of a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting research and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance in business. He is also a member of think tanks and organizations including Atlantik-Brücke, the American Council on Germany, the Steuben-Schurz Society, and the Münchener Herrenclub.

Jens completed the Young Leader Program of the American Council on Germany, a partner initiative of the German think tank Atlantik-Brücke for emerging political and business leaders.

His passion for sports is combined with voluntary work as a UNICEF Run Ambassador and as an active player in the FC Bayern e.V. veterans’ team.
