Since September 2025, I have been an Engagement Manager at M-Lead Milbrandt Leadership Advisory GmbH. Prior to this, I worked as a trainee at M-Lead, where I gained hands-on experience in research processes, candidate sourcing, and market analysis, learning the importance of balancing professional expertise with cultural alignment.
I graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, providing a solid foundation for my work today at M-Lead—combining analytical skills, a passion for people, and a commitment to delivering genuine value.
